HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT BOARD?
Each board listed details the approximate servings per person. If you are serving other food at your event, you may not need a board that serves everyone. If it is the main appetizer of the event, you will want to choose a board that serves all of your guests.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY "INVOICED BY EMAIL?"
We require 48 hours' notice for all of our boards booked online. Due to our catering schedule, we may not be able to accept your booking. If your booking is put on our calendar, you will be asked to pay for your order via an email.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOARD?
You may customize your order according to your dietary preferences (gluten-free, vegetarian, nothing spicy, no nuts, no crackers, etc.). If you would like to have extra meats or a side of crackers, you can always add it to your order in the comments section.

YES! The first 5 miles is free. Anything further than 5 miles may incur a fee. Please call us if you need delivery services.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that life happens, and plans can change.
For Board Bookings:
Orders cancelled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full a refund.
Orders cancelled 24-47 hours in advanced we will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
0-23 hour cancellations are non-refundable.
For Catering please follow The Catering Agreement.

YES! We are accepting orders via email, phone, FB messenger etc.
